Sadaqah Jariyah in Loving Memory of Mohammad Yousuf Aziz

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un — surely, we belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return.

Our beloved father, Mohammad Yousuf Aziz, has returned to our Lord. His passing has left an emptiness in our hearts that words cannot fully describe, but the love he gave, the lives he touched and the example he set will remain with us forever.

Our father was a truly unique soul who left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He consistently placed the needs of others before his own and never failed to bring a smile to the faces of those around him. He had a heart of gold, and his kindness, generosity and warmth were felt by his family, friends and the wider community.

Allah blessed our father with many bounties and enabled him to become a talented and accomplished businessman. However, rather than allowing worldly success to become his main purpose, he used the blessings Allah had given him to help others, support his community and further the work of the religion.

He would often remind us:

“Life is short. The only things we will take with us are our good deeds, including the work we do for the masjid and the community. Everything else will remain behind.”

These were the words of a man who understood what true success meant. He placed his faith, his family, prayer and charity above material things. His life was not measured simply by what he achieved, but by how much he gave, how many people he helped and how deeply he was loved.

Although losing him has brought us indescribable pain, we take comfort in remembering the good he spread throughout his life. We pray that Allah accepts all his good deeds, forgives his shortcomings, illuminates and expands his grave, and grants him the highest place in Jannatul Firdaus.

We now have an opportunity to continue his legacy and send ongoing rewards to him through Sadaqah Jariyah—everlasting charity. With the money raised, we intend to build water wells in Pakistan and provide food, clothing and essential support to orphanages and children in need.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“When a person dies, their deeds come to an end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for them.”
— Sahih Muslim

We humbly ask you to remember our beloved father, Mohammad Yousuf Aziz, in your duas. Any donation, regardless of its size, can become part of a lasting legacy that continues benefiting others and, by Allah’s mercy, continues bringing reward to him.

May Allah accept this Sadaqah Jariyah on his behalf, multiply the reward of everyone who contributes, and reunite us with our beloved father in Jannatul Firdaus, where there will be no more pain and no more separation.
