Water pump on behalf of Mahbubur Rahman Shah Jamal son of Masuk Miah

We are raising funds to build a Sadaqah Jariyah water pump in Bangladesh in loving memory of Mahbubur Rahman Shah Jamal, son of Masuk Miah. His departure has left a space in his family’s hearts that words cannot fill, but through this ongoing charity, we hope to let light flow where our sorrow sits. With every drop of water that eases someone’s thirst, we pray that Allah sends peace, mercy, and elevation to his soul.

Water is life, and the gift of water is one of the purest acts of kindness. Our beloved Prophet ﷺ taught us that when we leave this world, only three things continue to benefit us: “ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for them.” (Muslim). And when Sa’d ibn ‘Ubadah (ra) asked which charity is best, the Prophet ﷺ replied simply and powerfully: “Water.” (Abu Dawud).
