In Loving Memory of Ishba Saghir Ahmed – A Sadaqah Jariyah Project

This fundraiser has been organised as a Sadaqah Jariyah project in loving memory of our beloved Ishba Saghir Ahmed.

To some, Ishba was a dear friend, while to others she was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and so much more. She held a special place in the hearts of so many people, each of whom knew and loved her in their own special way. Following her passing, we would like to honour her memory by establishing a Sadaqah Jariyah project that will continue to benefit others on her behalf.
Our goal is to raise funds for water wells and water pumps in Pakistan, providing clean water to those in need, one of the most rewarding forms of charity.

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) was asked, “Which charity is best?” He replied, “[Providing] water.” (Abu Dawud)

The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) also said:
“When the human being dies, his deeds end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.” (Sahih Muslim 163)

The project consists of providing community hand pumps and a large solar water pump, helping to provide clean and accessible water to communities in need.

Remaining funds will go towards any other charitable project.

Ishba was an amazing, loving and compassionate person who touched the hearts of everyone around her. Her kindness and compassion left a lasting impact, and it is clear how much she was loved by all. Through this project, we hope to continue her legacy and establish an ongoing source of reward for her.
May Allah accept this effort and make it a source of endless rewards for our dear Ishba. Ameen.
